Product Analytics helps you understand which products drive the most revenue, orders, and engagement in your store. It combines high-level charts with a detailed table of up to 100 products, allowing you to quickly identify winners, underperformers, and opportunities for product bundles.

Top Products Charts

At the top of the page, you’ll see bar charts highlighting your best-performing products.

1. Revenue by Products

  • Shows the Top 10 products by revenue for the selected period.

  • Helps you answer:

    • Which products bring in the most money?

    • Are there any surprises in the top 10?

Tip: Hover over a bar to see the exact revenue value for that product.

2. Orders by Products

  • Shows the Top 10 products by number of orders.

  • Useful for spotting bestsellers that may not have the highest price but drive a large volume of sales.

3. Conversion Rate by Products

  • Shows the Top 10 products by conversion rate (how often views turn into purchases).

  • Great for identifying products that convert visitors very efficiently, even if they are not in your top 10 by revenue or orders.

4. Views by Products

  • Shows the Top 10 products by page views.

  • Helps you understand where customer attention is going:

    • High views but low orders may indicate pricing, messaging, or trust issues.

    • Low views but high conversion suggests products worth promoting more.

Note:

  1. Conversion Rate by Products and Views by Products are available after connecting to Google Analytics.

  2. You can also adjust the date range using the "Current period" in the top-right corner. All charts and tables update automatically to match the selected period.

Related Products

The Related Products section uses your performance data to surface product relationships and grouping opportunities. It displays related products for your top 3 products based on performance in the selected period.

  • Product – the main product in focus.

  • Related Products – items that are frequently bought together or viewed together.

Note:

Use this section to create product bundles or upsell/cross-sell offers. You can navigate to product group creation using the “To Product Group” option.
