Use Filters to define a reusable set of products that match specific conditions. You can then preview which products match before saving.

Create Filter

  • Name: Enter a clear title (required)

  • Status: Choose whether the filter is Active or not (required)

    • Active: available for creating a task

    • Inactive: saved but not used in a task

  • Description: Optional notes

Filter types

  • Live: match products in near real-time, so updates to product attributes appear in filter results immediately or within a few minutes.

  • Background: match products based on data that refreshes hourly, so updates to product attributes may take up to 1 hour to appear in filter results.

Conditions

In this section, you can define rules that products must meet.

1. Condition logic (All vs Any)

  • All Conditions = AND logic (products must match all rules)

  • Any Condition = OR logic (products can match any rule)

2. Add rules and groups

  • Click + Rule to add a new condition line.

  • Click + Group to create a grouped set of rules (useful for combining AND/OR logic cleanly).

Preview matching products

In Preview, you’ll see which products match your conditions

  • Use Preview product match (when enabled) to load results.

  • Use paging controls (Page Size, next/previous) to browse matches.

  • Click Save when you’re done.

View Filter

Use View Filters to find, review, and manage the filters available. From this page, you can quickly search filters, narrow by type, check whether they’re active, and take actions like editing or deleting a filter.

  • Name – the filter title

  • Type – e.g., Live or Background

  • Associated Task – how many tasks use this filter

  • Status – whether the filter is currently active or inactive

  • Update Status – a toggle to enable/disable the filter

  • Action – options to either edit or delete task
