Ouiteo keeps its own up-to-date copy of your store's products and collections so it can sort quickly. Most of the time this happens automatically in the background, but you can also trigger a refresh yourself.

Refreshes your list of collections and which products belong to each one, for the whole store. Use this after creating or deleting collections in Shopify, or if a collection isn't showing in Ouiteo.

Refreshes the products inside a specific collection (their details and membership). Use this when a particular collection's products look out of date. You don't need to run it once for every collection — run it on the collection that needs refreshing.

For a store-wide refresh of collections, run Sync Collections once. To fix a single collection, use Sync Products in Collection on just that one. There's no need to refresh every collection individually.

When you create or save an advanced collection, Ouiteo refreshes that collection's data right away so you see results quickly. On very large stores (hundreds of thousands of products) this immediate refresh is skipped to protect performance, and the collection updates on the next scheduled background sync instead.

Even if you never press a sync button, Ouiteo refreshes your product and order data regularly throughout the day, so best-seller and revenue sorts stay current on their own.
