You can create/update your collection and see the products belonging to the collection. Also, you can select multiple metrics and figure out the best performing products.
1. Create advanced collections
To create a new collection you can click on the "Create Collection" button and set the criteria for that collection - to change the criteria on an existing collection click "Edit" for that collection in the Collections page. Existing and future products that match the conditions you set will automatically be added to these collections.
Title: This is the name of the collection, a collection needs to have a name before it is created
Collection type - Advanced: you can setup multiple conditions and define how those conditions are checked against attributes on every product every time the collection is updated. You have 36 different options for each condition.
Options - Period for update type history: this is how far back the app will take into account for criteria such as best selling, highest revenue, etc
Options - Number of products: set the number of products to include in the collection
Options - Choose a frequency for updating collections: determine how frequently you want to update your collection
Options - Set the time for auto-updating process: set the time when you want to update your collection. It's usually best to choose a time with low store traffic so visitors won't get different collections on refresh
Options - Exclude out-of-stock products: there won't be any out-of-stock products in the selected collection. Also, you can specify minimum required inventory.
Options - Exclude unpublished products: there won't be any unpublished products in the selected collection
Options - Exclude products without images: there won't be any products without images in the selected collection
Options - Exclude products with specific tags: there won't be any products with specific tags in the selected collection. Please type in texts and hit enter in the box. The texts will be used to select tags.
2. Preview selected products
By clicking the "Preview Matched Products" button, you can easily view which products will be included in a collection.
Additionally, you have the option to search for specific products and determine if they will be added to the collection.
Automated (smart) collections:
In case of automated collections, you can only update the rules and titles.
Also, there are only 9 options you can choose for each condition as it will be managed by Shopify.
Please note that the app cannot do the following:
Depending on the plan you select, the maximum number of products that can be added to a single collection ranges from 5,000 to 20,000.
The app cannot modify the SEO settings of your store.
It can't make a collection available for sales channels other than "online store".
The last two actions can be done on the Collection page in Shopify Admin. If you click on the title or image for a collection in this app, it will take you to the relevant Collection page in Shopify Admin.
